7 Days Return & Exchange

We have a strict 7 days return and exchange policy.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have exactly 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Strict Rules & Conditions

• • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• • The item must have all original tags attached and be in the original packaging.
• • Items that show signs of wear, stains, or damage will be strictly rejected.
• • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required for all return and exchange requests.

How to Initiate

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our support team at hi@thegaaba.in with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will verify your request and provide further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
